Out of order
For legal purposes, three distinctions must be made, since the legal consequences for the owner are different, depending on the case.
i) Adjusted to regulations- It is that building that adapts to the determinations of the current planning. That is, regardless of when it was built, the building is fully compatible with current regulations. ii) Urban inadequacy. It is that building legally implemented under a previous planning, but which, after its modification or repeal, is now incompatible with the new planning. iii) Out of order. These are those buildings that, in accordance with current planning, have been subject to expropriation, mandatory transfer or demolition, as well as those built or expanded without the required license.
